Atlanta, GA – November 29, 2016 – Skipping Stone announced today that John P.W. Brown, VI has joined the firm as a Partner and member of the Skipping Stone Board of Directors.

John has over 25 years’ experience in the energy industry and will lead Skipping Stone’s Technology Services Practice. This practice includes leading Skipping Stone’s engagements with wholesale and retail marketers, utilities, generators, and energy technology providers.

Prior to joining Skipping Stone, John was a Director in PwC’s Risk Advisory Practice and a leader in the Commodity Trading Risk practice dedicated to helping clients select, implement, and optimize their technology and processes around transaction processing, commodity trading and risk management. Previously John held leadership positions as the Vice President of Global Services at Allegro Development Corporation and Chief Operating Officer for New Energy Associates, which transitioned into Ventyx.
