We mutually explore your situation and goals and begin to discuss ideas for ways we might assist you. From this discussion we hone in on your specific needs and how we can help.
Agree on Scope & Proposal
From the needs discussion, we prepare a draft outline of how we can assist, collaborate to refine the outline and then develop a detailed scope and budget, listing the resources that will be assigned. Then we send you a formal proposal and consulting agreement.
Define Terms & Success
Once we agree upon the scope and proposal terms, an important step at the outset of every engagement is to make sure we are in sync by defining success.

We maintain a rigorous screening, interview and skills verification process on every member of our team. Our minimum criterion to be eligible to work with us and our clients is five years of experience with an energy company.
