Atlanta, GA – November 1, 2016 – Skipping Stone announced today that John Landry has joined the firm as a Principal working in retail energy and market strategy, technology development, and operations. With more than 25 years of executive and consulting experience in both the electric and natural gas industries, Mr. Landry has worked across many facets of utility and energy including rates/pricing, sales/marketing, business development, retail markets, wholesale markets, forecasting, operations, billing, and customer service.
Prior to joining Skipping Stone, John was a General Manager and Senior Vice President of the US East region at Just Energy, overseeing all aspects for the retail electric and natural gas business in NY, MA, PA, MD, NJ and DE. While at Just Energy, John developed and implemented purchasing, risk management, and product strategies for mass market and small commercial retail customers.
John also has worked with several major retail energy companies as a Principal Consultant, including Dayton Power & Light Energy where he revamped the customer retention program including new customer contact and messaging strategies, outbound calling campaigns, and direct email campaigns. He also designed and implemented a mobile sales application, a budgeting billing program, government aggregation web-experience for Ohio opt-in and opt-out programs, and implemented IT project tracking and prioritization framework.
